Benchmark con Holli Dance
Holli Dance e` uno strumento multipiattaforma di benchmark per VRML, in sostanza un benchmark per schede video. Per capire il motivo dell`uso di questo benchmark ti consiglio di andare su sito di Ian Mapleson alla pagina di Holli Dance [ pagina in inglese ] dove viene spiegato perche` usare Holli Dance come benchmark grafico e vari risultati dei test. Come con SETI@Home, lo scopo che mi ha spinto a fare il benchmark e` quello di vedere le varie differenze tra schede video, che siano di costose workstation Unix SGI o di largo consumo e basso costo per elaboratori Intel. Per scaricare una versione di Holli Dance puoi andare qui, il sito ufficiale di David White, e scegliere quella per il tuo O.S..
